This workshop gives both novice and experienced writers tips on how to create scene from narrative. Plenty of exercises teach you to write compelling fiction and nonfiction by using the tips that Jan Weeks has developed during her years of writing experience.
Jan Weeks is an award-winning author with three published adult novels and a middle grade mystery under her belt. Her articles, short stories, poetry and essays have appeared in local, regional, national and international markets, such as Outdoor Life, Guideposts, Natural Health, California Lawyer, Grit, and Midwest Fly Fishing.
She belongs to The Authors’ Guild and the Western Colorado Writers’ Forum, and facilitates the Colorado West Writers’ Workshop. She also teaches workshops in creative writing, writing for magazines, and basic grammar for writers.
This is a FREE workshop presented by RMFW on the Western Slope.
