These free appointments are a wonderful opportunity for authors who have a completed manuscript
to pitch to an acquiring agent or editor. To make the most of the appointment for both you and the
agent/editor, review the bios and select an editor or agent who represents the genre you write.

You should have a finished manuscript ready for submission.
Make sure to select an editor/agent who represents the genre you write.
To reserve one appointment, number your first choice and indicate two alternative choices.
Appointments will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
All appointments are ten minutes long and will be one-on-one with the editor/agent.
You will receive notice of your scheduled appointment in your conference registration packet, not before conference.
